50 burpees. meh.

shoulder press, upright rows, front raises, lateral raises, rear flys, face pulls, more shoulder press.
decline press, incline press, seated rows, pulldows, calf raises, tricep pushdowns.
leg press, shoulder press, incline press, seated rows, pulldowns. I then went to the park to do burpees but only managed 20.
Spent this past week getting scuba certifications and entertaining my folks. Back at it tomorrow.
